Canada's largest collection of original War of 1812 buildings and 1813 battle site. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Fort York is open year-round and offers tours, exhibits, period settings, and seasonal demonstrations. During the summer months, the site comes alive with the colour and pageantry of the Fort York Guard. Fort York also provides a wide variety of education programmes for groups of all ages.

Please note the Fort York Visitor Centre will be closed from March 5th to March 8th. Fort York National Historic Site remains open for regular hours from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Please purchase admissions at the Canteen Museum Store. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our parking lot is temporarily closed due to construction in front of the Fort York Visitor Centre (250 Fort York Blvd). Guests can park at the Green P lot at the corner of Strachan Ave and Fleet St (800 Fleet St). For accessibility parking/drop-off please call 416-392-7500.
